Natalie has been amazing! From start to not quite finished (my fault not hers! ) Natalie has guided me through changing my internet provider (my old one was ripping me off something chronic), sorted out my email accounts and updated my website (that's the bit that's still work in progress…I need to do photographs for her to finish! ) So kind, and didn't make me feel like a dumb wit for not knowing quite what I was doing!
